In the real world, Orlando is the comic book world it's Metropolis that's mourning, but Los Angeles is psyched and poised to put another addition on its trophy case -- Superman is flying West!

Mitch Kupchak's colossal four-team trade has once again provided the Lakers with the league's best big man and put Kobe Bryant on course to eclipse MJ's title total. Dwight "Superman" Howard has escaped Orlando (a/k/a - Smallville) and landed in Hollywood with big expectations and sights set squarely on the Miami Heat.

I don't know how the Lakers always seem to get their (big) man - Chamberlain, Jabbar, Shaq and now Howard, but they've made headlines again, as the Daily Planet declares "Superman Saves Los Angeles" on this fun new shirt.

This is not an official product of any player, league, franchise, comic book, or fictional newspaper - it's just a comical piece of original art from our imagination -- created by hand and rendered digitally as a lossless high-resolution vector graphic for perfect printing. It's available on 100% cotton pre-shrunk shirts in purple, gold or white in sizes small through 5XL. (Alternate brands/cuts/colors/sizes can be custom-printed for little additional cost).
