Houston, we have a point guard!
It's official -- international Cinderella sensation Jeremy Lin is bringing his talents south to run the point for the Houston Rockets in 2012 and Linsanity is heading to the Lone Star State.
Thanks to Chairman Yao Ming, Houston already has an extensive connection and fan base in the Far-East so it seems a perfect fit that the league's first Chinese-American (actually Taiwanese-American) player should bring the eyes of a billion Sino supporters to Space City.
Undrafted out of Harvard and having already passed through Houston in last-year's strike-shortened pre-season before finding stardom on the floor of Madison Square Garden, Lin's skills could provide an ideal anchor for a Rockets squad looking to build around a young nucleus (and the possible acquisition of Dwight Howard).
Show your appreciation for the player and for the signing with the great new tee which takes the theme of our popular Knicks-like design (touted by The Atlantic as, "The best off-brand Jeremy Lin shirt money can buy.") and adapts it for his new team's looks, and the switch back to his favorite #7.
Like all National Fanthem designs, it is not an official product of any player, league, franchise or NASA-program -- it's just a fun piece of unique art from our imagination; drawn by hand and rendered digitally as a lossless high-resolution vector graphic for perfect printing. It comes on male-or-female cut pre-shrunk 100% cotton red tee in sizes small through 5XL with the look . ( Alternate brands/cuts/colors/sizes can be custom-printed for little additional cost).
